Paprika cream

Ingredients: 6 round paprika (approx. 500g). 2 cloves of garlic. 1 tablespoon of capers. 1/2 cup of Homemade Vegetable Broth. 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil. 1 pinch of salt. 1 pinch of pepper. Preparation: Wash the peppers and put them in the oven for 10 minutes at 200°C with the grill mode. Turn them over from time to time so they cook evenly. When they are done, take them out of the oven and let them rest in a bag for 10 min. Next, peel and cut into thick strips. Peel the two cloves of garlic, cut them in half and remove the core. This way we will prevent the garlic from being indigestible or having a too strong flavor. In a wok, put the peppers, the garlic, the Homemade Vegetable Broth and the capers. Let cook for 5 min, mixing until creamy. Put it in a bowl and add a little extra virgin olive oil. Mix it well to give uniformity in the flavor, if you wish, blend it.
