Ingredients: 1 large or 2 medium broccoli 2 Garlic leeks cut into wheels 1 liter of defatted chicken broth (4 cups) 3 Tbsp. of white vinegar drops of olive oil Salt and pepper to taste . Preparation: Chop and wash the broccoli in water with white vinegar to remove worms and impurities. Boil them in salted water without covering them to preserve their greenness. Cut the garlic leeks into wheels. Sweat them in a frying pan with a few drops of olive oil. Place the defatted chicken broth in a pot. Add the cooked broccoli and the sweated garlic leeks.
