A rich and healthy way to have lunch. You can accompany your complex carbohydrate protein (depends on your goals), salad and preferably green vegetables. Here is the fish recipe: -Ingredients: 2 hake loins of 200 grams each low-fat white cheese Salt Pepper -Preparation: The first thing we will do is clean the hake well, season it with salt and pepper and put it on a baking tray. We put it in the oven for 8 minutes at 180º. After 8 minutes we remove the hake, cover it with the low-fat grated cheese or in small pieces and put it back in the oven in gratin mode (Broil).
